Your visit will begin with a comprehensive evaluation, which includes a review of your history and an assessment of your injury. Together, we will develop a personalized treatment plan that will be tailored to your lifestyle and goals. You can expect treatment to be given on your first visit, so we encourage you to wear something comfortable. Treatment may include manual techniques, exercises, and/or modalities. Supportive exercises or treatments could be prescribed for your home care as well. The priority of the first session is that you leave with a good understanding of your plan of care and feel good about working together.
